Late 90's singers still had to have aleast some talent
    2000s/2010s
Things got more shallow. The machine will push a good looking person with very little talent. Miley, Justin Bieber, Gomez and most singers today wouldn't have made it in the 90's.

There were plenty of shallow, superficial musical artists in the 90s - Spice Girls, for example.

        (1) If i listen to new pop-culture music,it's basically TV shows music (Friendship is Magic intro)
        (2) JB is true opposite of idol
        (3) I wasnt around in 90s,but they were better for sure.

I really like the music of Nysnc and thought the whole production quality of the late 90's pop scene was something awsome. But I prefer todays time with Justin instead. I feel the music is better and thats what the stars of now are concentrating on and truly in their own element doing their own thing. I most likely always prefer as it still reminds me of the early 90s with Tiffany, Debbie Gibson and New kids on the block.
