Really would like to see her as the new Companion.

Agreed. Totally impressed with her. She will be back in Dr. Who, though it does not appear as the Companion. I'm luvin' Me 😉

I don't think she could be the companion now with her game of thrones schedule

She was terrible in doctor who. I tried to like it, i really like her, but it was just soooo bad. i'm not even sure if it was the writers fault, she almost felt like a bad actress - but since i've seen how good she can be in GoT it must have been the script's fault.

I actually loved her performance as Ashildr/Me. While some complain that her acting was without emotion she portrayed it perfect. Take a look at the when time moved forward in that minor 360 scope and closeup of her face. At first she was smiling, but with the passing of time, her smile turned to a frown eventually because of that Alien tech which provided her with immortality. Meaning, she remained physically the same while she saw her people and loved ones eventually die of old age while she continued to linger on, even billions of years later when the Doctor witnessed the end of the universe (or the earth I forgot which) and she was still there. Imagine the misery of having lived 700 years, after her first encounter with the doc, she even forgot her real name, she lived through plagues, invasions, and what not. She'd become tired and cynical, so no wonder she didn't smile and seemed out of place.
