What other info are you looking for?
Nothing concrete but might be something about having a dog since any other reference on the title I can find is a book about a dog and a boy and the logo for the movie Davis posted hb68as a dog in it
But again nothing more than speculation on my side especially since In said book, manny (name of Davis's character) is the dog.

Well, the movie's now called "Rufus," and Jace Norman's title character is the dog-turned-boy while Davis is his (well) owner.
