        I watched:
Friends & Family Christmas 2023 6/10 I liked the two leading ladies and I appreciate that Hallmark did a lesbian Christmas movie. I found it a little slow though and not very interesting.
National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation 1989 6/10 rewatch This alternates between annoying and amusing. Not everything works and it is a little too over the top at times. Some memorable moments though.
Home Alone 1990 8/10 rewatch This is entertaining and fun. A good cast and lots of memorable moments.
Annie Claus Is Coming to Town 2011 8/10 rewatch This was cute and charming.
A Timeless Christmas 2020 8/10 rewatch I enjoyed this one. It's cute and fun and both leads do a good job.
The Santa Suit 2010 8/10 rewatch This is a sweet, fun movie. I enjoyed it.
A Boy Called Christmas 2021 7/10 rewatch I enjoyed this more on rewatch. A nice Christmas movie with some good moments.
Northpole 2014 7/10 rewatch This is a cute and fun film. I really enjoyed Bailee Madison's performance in it.
Eloise at Christmastime 2003 7/10 This was cute.
The Key to Christmas 2020 6/10 The acting and writing are fairly amateurish, but it does have its charms.
Maestro 2023 8/10 Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan are both excellent in this well made, beautifully filmed biopic.
American Symphony 2023 8/10 A personal and touching documentary with some beautiful moments.
Die Hard 1988 9/10 rewatch Yippee-ki-yay and Merry Christmas!
Miracle in Bethlehem, PA 2023 7/10 I thought this was pretty good. I liked the actors and the story was nice.
Elf 2003 9/10 rewatch Fun stuff. Will Ferrell is a delight.
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians 1964 7/10 This was fun and amusing. Santa is cool and I liked the martians. Hooray for Santy Claus!

Yes she's a talented actress. Also I read the Judy Blume book but haven't seen the film adaptation. I saw that you rated it high. I'm happy that younger people enjoy that story as much as I did when I was in middle school. 😃

                                      Die Hard (1988)
                                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095016/
My favorite action film ever. And yes, it is a Christmas movie. I never get tired of it.
The Karate Kid Part III (1989)
                                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097647/
It is stupid funny. Daniel forgotten what he learned from the previous two movies and went to the dark side. Very cartoonish at time, and played off like a comedy. I enjoyed it though.
                                      Jaws: The Revenge (1987)
                                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093300/
If you think a Jaws movie can't be worse than Jaws 3-D, this one succeed. What a stupid concept of a shark targeting the Brody family, like a curse. Not only terrible story, atrocious acting, and comical effect.
                                      The Money Pit (1986)
                                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091541/
A couple (Tom Hanks & Shelly Long) tried to fix up a scammed house they bought. There were some very funny moment that worked like a Rube Goldberg machine. Other time, did not work so well. Tom Hanks was funny, but not Shelly Long. Watchable, but don't expect anything great.

Scarlet Street (1945) - This has some similarities to The Woman in the Window. Edward G. Robinson is good in a role of a henpecked lonely man. Dan Duryea started to get on my nerves. He said "For cat's sake!" one too many times for my taste.
Mutiny on the Bounty (1935) - Good movie, good production. No miniatures, all real ships, they even filmed in Tahiti which seems extravagant for the time. Clark Gable didn't try on the accent but I wonder if they would even have let him if he wanted too. The British didn't sound like modern Brits back then anyway. Bligh is cruel but I liked him, especially when things got tough. There is a Christmas celebration later in the film so this is technically a Christmas movie.
