The main imdb photo is before she had all her 'work' done. She's apparently had over a million dollars worth of work done, including a chin reduction and eyebrow lift. Looks like she had breast augmentation and fat injections on her butt and hips also.
As for "when did she have time to do it, she's always posting selfies on Instsgram?"
Obviously people were paid to post those pics while she was laid up recovering from her plastic surgery. Posting daily pics on social media is a cover up.
The changes in her appearance are just too obvious.
Of course her family and

will claim she just had fillers put in her lips.
