It's unlikely she is. If you check her instagram she recently posted pictures and she's not wearing an engagement ring anymore. I've seen some pictures of her from back in October/November last year and she didn't seem to have it either.
Yeah I figured out she wasn't during all her latest interviews and her saying she was staying in LA before going to visit her family/Europe. She never goes to Toronto where the exfiancee lives.
