Good or bad it is experience gained. There comes a point in a career when actors can pick or choose. It obviously hasn't hurt her career.

did the check clear?
was she made to do anything that made her uncomfortable?
did she do a nude scene without added payment?
because if she got paid for her work, didn't have any issues, and didn't set a precedent as "Perky blonde who shows off her bits for free" I see no reason to be ashamed
I cite the 3rd point not for any Prudish reasons, but if you look at Hollywood they have a Notorious double standard when it comes to 'gratuitous vs Artistic' Nudity. if she gets naked for a Syfy original (even if it gets cut/censored for Broadcast) nudity will likely find it's way into any script she's cast for.
