I'm honestly shocked that given all of Kanye's mental health issues and craziness, Kim didn't dump his arse. I mean, Kanye is in no way fit to be a father AT ALL.
Why is she still sticking around with Kanye? Does she really love him? Is she trying to show the world that she is a good mother and devoted wife? -

If someone is mentally ill why would you take all 9f their money. Honestly it would ruin her public image dumping her mentally ill husband so quickly when he's no longer any use to her. She has to pull a Khloe and show that she's putting forth effort to help save him. Also Kanye West's antics keeps Kim relevant. People will take putty on her acting as the devoted why taking care of her sick husband. It will win her more fans.

I definitely could see, and even highly suspect, that Kim Kardashian didn't dump Kanye's stupid a$$ b/c she wants to avoid a PR nightmare. She doesn't necessarily love or even care for Kanye, but she wants to give the public the impression that she's a loving, caring, and devoted wife. She wants to show that while all the other Hollywood couples are divorcing, she and Kanye stuck it out b/c they truly "love each other."
I suspect that this is used as a ploy to make Kim look good especially for next season's Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She is trying to play up the whole "love conquers all" theme. She's trying to impress people by showing that both Kim and Kanye have overcome adversity b/c of love. Yuck. Whatever.
