She's by far the funniest character in St Trinian's, she was the icing on the cake for this film 😃

      She was great.
Hope she gets to do more comedy.
"Tinkerty tonk," I said, and I meant it to sting.

Was she Colin Firths daughter in the film St.Trinians?

                Yeah, I agree.
'Some111cones turned up claiming to be the new English teacher. She doesn't look like an English teacher. She looks like she hasn't got a pot to piss in.'
                'Beverly!'
'Sorry, Miss. She looks like she hasn't got a pot, in which to piss.'
                'That's better.'

I love when the bank manager guy comes to visit.
Miss Fritton: Get the man a drink
Beverly: Oh right. I'm afraid after last night we've only got Smirnoff
The way she says Smirnoff is just awesome!

The first "St. Trinian's" is hilarious and she really stands out in that. But I also thought she was good in a very different role in "Venus" (where she also gets naked as a nice bonus). Then she does an action movie "Attack the Block" and plays a grieving mother in "Broadchurch". You can't say she isn't talented.
"St. Trinian's" has launched Juno Temple, Gemma Arterton (who became a Bond girl), and Lily Cole and Tamsin Egerton who are on verge of going somewhere. It'll be interesting to see if anything happens with Jodie Whittaker outside of the UK.
