All I know is she was way too old to play a 4-year old in New York City Serenade (dreadful film in so many ways), and it was ludicrous having her back in the coda of the film, playing the same character two years later (although, she more believable as a 6-year old than a 4-year old).
How young can one be, and still be a "competitive snowboarder (who) competes in all five snowboarding events in the USASA"?

USASA is an amateur completion association that allows people of all ages compete. There are five different snowboarding events: giant slalom, slalom, snowboarder cross, slope style, and half pipe. The youngest age group is 7 and under.
