So he may be a racist? Big deal. Al Sharpton is a racist, but we cant do beep about that can we? BET is a segregated TV channel, but it stays on the air. There are black colleges, black scholarships, black power, brown pride, etc. Lets make a channel called White Entertainment Televisionbut no, that would be "racist". How about I put "White Pride" on my truckbut no, that would make me a racist. So maybe Dog has had some real bad experiences in his life involving black folk, and because of that he feels a certain waydoes it effect your everyday life? So if you dont agree with him, dont beep watch his show. But how about you also dont worry about the rest of us that enjoy it? -

You oversimplify a very complicated issue. White people weren't enslaved by blacks for over two dozen generations, yet you think a mere two-to-three generations since we eliminated segregation and you expect all racial complications to break down into such simplicity?

Yeah, it's no big deal to you BECAUSE you're white. Oh, BTW,virtually EVERY TV channel is White Entertainment Television for the simple fact that it's controlled, owned and dominated by white people,period. 99% of the TV show on-air are about WHITE people. Black people only have our own separate events and schools because up until barely 50 years ago that's how WHITE people wanted it and they kept everything segregated to make damn sure we weren't anywhere around them except to clean up behind them and wipe their a****. BET came into existence because it was one of the first cable channel owned and started by black people that dealt with OUR issues we needed to deal with. THAT'S why we have our own things because we were basically FORCED to have them in the first damn place DUE the racism. I am so sick and tired of white people throwing up this stale-a** argument "Well, black people are just as racist because they have their own separate s***." How the beep does that justify being a racist redneck bastard in this day and age? He could have least gotten to know this lady, but,no, he couldn't get pass the fact that she was black, and that's why he went the beep off. What an a**hole. -

Agreed! I get so tired of certain White people singing that same old tired song! Lol! It's as if all of a sudden they've forgotten the racist culture pre Civil Rights Movement. Some pride themselves on being "intelligent" then play dumb at the drop of a hat. When it s1c84uits them! How many Black Miss Americas were there between whenever it began and the 1980's? You do know all of those things you listed Black people created because Whites would not let them participate. So we created our own outlets. BTW BET have NOT been Black owned for quite some time. You really should do some research before you post half truths.

I have to agree with you, Richard. But when steam irons still have to carry the warning "do not use on clothing while wearing," the answer is obvious. Oh well, to each, his own. I am not mourning the cancellation one bit.
