I pigged out yesterday and had a powdered jelly donut ~ so good!
My mom will have penne and meatballs, I mostly graze. I've been eating sourdough toast a lot lately

I ventured out yesterday and the bakery where I shop has fresh donuts
I picked up a jelly with powdered sugar (for my mom) and some lemon dessert bars
So, I ended up having the donut since I got her a 4 pack of the dessert bars

At my checkup a few weeks ago prior to Thanksgiving, I was surprised I had put on some weight.
I've been watching intake now, and once the holidays are over, will look to lose in earnest. We can bring the stationary bike back into the family room now since it's finished, so I can also use it again. I'd hold my husband responsible since he brings home goodies and I repeatedly tell him not to, but I'm responsible actually because I don't have to eat them, and why should he suffer for my lack of control? -

I use a stationary bike too
I can empathise that it's not easy staying away from goodies
The sourdough has been good for satisfying my cravings and I drink a lot of Bubly
For a while I was having a hard time not eating because my mom has such a healthy appetite
