It's funny you say she is spicy and Kate dresses like a plain Jane when Meghan had to wear neutral colours while Kate got to wear any colour she wanted.
Google Kate and Meghan and you'll see Meghan only wore ****ty boring colours. The only time she wore what she wanted when she wasn't supposed to is that god awful blue and white stripy top she wore with those oversized cream things she called shorts. I forgot the event. Maybe horseracing?
Kate never dressed or looked boring in her life compared to Meghan.

She's a Duchess not a princess and MM comes via Hollywood so she knows damn well how to dress correctly. I suspect the queen and now king Charles told her to dress a bit common so Kate could stand out and shine in her brighter colors.
