i'm using this on all of my main accounts since the first day i've started posting here. i don't think i've ever changed it. i don't even remember what it's called, i guess "Easter theme"?
i use every other available theme on my 200 sock accounts, each theme for one sock. i hate most of them tho, that's why i don't really use most of those accounts, just a few handful. -

You can. Scroll down your profile page until you reach themes and click on whatever is showing. You'll get a dropdown with all the themes. After you've picked the one you want scroll down and click save changes. This works on my phone.
