Second Oscar?

Who else thinks that it would be great if she recieved a Second Academy Award Nomination (and Maybe Win) for the upcoming "Winnie" Biopic? She has had a good Post-Oscar career so far with 2008's Massive hit "Sex and the City" and 2009's "The Secret Life of Bee's".

I think she could definitely win another one acting is like a muscle folks. She just needs to continue to work at it. I thought she did an excellent job in Secret Life of Bees, and the clips I saw of Winnie is not bad at all. I don't know if its Oscar worthy but its better than a lot of stuff I've seen in the past several months.
My only complaint in regards to Winnie is the makeup seemed to be a bit much but I'm looking forward to seeing it. -

I know some people will diagree with me but I feel this movie is actually the movie that can help or break Jennifer Hudson's career. This biopic on Winnie Mandela is a huge role for a young black actress. The good thing for this movie is the director is very good.
I don't think people should think about an Oscar nomination. I think we should just hope and pray Jennifer does a good job ACTING. I want Jennifer to give everything she has to prove she can really act.
I hated the way the Sex and the City producers treated Jennifer Hudson her role in that movie was very stereotypical. The Secret Life of Bees Jennifer's performance was very good. -

I hope she does well too the thing I've come to realize and particularly admire in Ms. Hudson is her ability to surprise. I never really thought I would hear from her again after AI and now I'm surely one of her biggest fans.

i think it would be great if jennifer even gets a 2nd nomination, but if she wins that will be incredible.
i have always believed that jennifer was more than a voice and that she really could act, but jennifer will have to give the performance to end all performances to play winnie mandela. she is such a complex woman. however i believe jennifer can really do the job and give a performance that could blow everyone away and prove she is a great actress.
if jennifer gets nominated for her performance, jennifer would be the 2nd afrcian american woman to receive 2 oscar nominations (whoopi goldberg was the first to get 2). and if she wins she would be the first to win 2 oscars
but before we jump to conclusions lets wait for the trailer for the movie to see if it will live up to the hype -

She just isn't a good actress. She really isn't even a competent actress. She didnt deserve her first Oscar so she sure doesn't need another.
Don't get me wrong: I like her. She's a good singer and seems like a nice person, but a good actress she is not. -

Is the OP joking? The biggest thing she's done since getting that Academy Award (which was not deserved in the least) has been losing weight for Weight Watchers or whatever it is. She has had almost no career aside from that.
