Seriously, all she can do is sing one way. No variety in her singing. She is still in American Idol mode. And that song she was given to sing at the Oscars was boring as hell. They could have used the time given to her as extra time to flesh out the In Memorium segment which had a rushed pace where one had to read each celeb's name real quick and then it was on to the next dead celeb.

Totally agree. I have never cared for her singing, to be honest. It's difficult to understanding what she's singing half the time and her performances have an arrogance to them that is off-putting. I will never forget the lack of humility she showed when she was voted off her season of American Idol. Granted, she was definitely booted off before people with less talent than her (including the cringe-inducing Fantasia), but stilla little grace goes a long way.
