Is this kid a boy transitioning to girl or the other way around? With such a petite feminine frame I'm thinking she is transitioning to a boy. The voice is not feminine though so perhaps not. Too bad neither of Wills kids got his masculine charisma.

Their mom is more masculine than them all. I've always thought it was a marriage of convenience
