"Free" is a great album! Whether or not it's better than the second album "Gavin DeGraw" is a matter of opinion though. I enjoyed "Gavin DeGraw", even though it was much different than the first one. My favorite will always be "Chariot" and "Chariot Stripped", and to me no other album can compare to that one. "Free" is somewhat similar to "Chariot", I think of it like an indie album. I think that Gavin has had more say in creating this album. I absolutely love "Glass", "Indian Summer", "Dancing Shoes", and most recently "Lover Be Strong". I would definitely check it out. If you enjoyed "Chariot" you will most likely enjoy this album. I was happy that he was able to come out with another album less than a year after the other one! Enjoy the new album if you decide to check it, and let me know what you think of it.
