I think Ivanka Trump is one of the most incredibly beautiful women in Hollywood right now. She has it all including: self-esteem and confidence, a hard work ethic, morals, values, discipline, money, good looks and gorgeous silky hair, and a solid supportive family. I wouldn't mind spending some time hainging out with her for an evening.

She is indeed stunning and she has a (few) plastic surgeon(s) to be thankful to (and daddy's money). Not dissing her, just being realistic. You might remember how homely this woman was. Her brothers have the same chipmunk cheeks shape she used to have. (And if you don't remember Google images will help). She got a couple nose jobs that she didn'5b4t need but is lucky that they didn't disfigure her. However the cheek contouring was much needed. My guess is she looks natural because she didn't get "fake cheeks" (aka plastic or silicone cheekbone implants) but just got lipo and face sculpting done as well as on her under chin. Stuff like that doesn't "go poof" as if by magic, and Amanda Bynes who has the same face/bloated cheek syndrome, as well as Kirsten Dunst to a smaller degree, are proof that dieting doesn't work: they both look like a lollipop: skinny body, huge face!
The only botched up surgery she got are those ridiculous breast implants. I don't think there's anything wrong with p.s. myself, except denying it which makes the patient (aka the celebrity) look stupid and their fans completely ignorant and laughable. It also often makes the celebrity the target of ridicule. Which there's no need to: well over 90% of Hollywood (or NY if you would) have p.s and that includes all types of celebrities, not just Hollywood actors, and it includes newscasters. So if they were honest with it, no biggie you know, like Kathy Griffin or Patricia Heaton, there wouldn't be such a stigma attached to p.s. Sure it's a gamble, many end up deformed like Joan Rivers, but that's usually when they overdo it, or go to a bad p.s. or do it when they're too old and collagen doesn't renew itself like it use to to snap back into a natural shape.
All in all Invanka 5b4Trump sure got very lucky! She is now a gorgeous lady with a nice personality. Let's face it, she would be nowhere in the self-esteem department if she had kept her chipmunk face, so p.s. not only helps looks, it also helps personality. The good thing is they tweaked a bit here and there. Let's hope she is done with it and doesn't get any more rhinoplasty.
