And FYI, that pic comes from a few years ago, when 'Lost' was still on the air. She's at the French film festival and over there women usually greet each other with a peck on the lips. The girl she's smooching is Claudia who was her stunt-double and roommate while on location for 'Lost' -

The original poster asked if there was "Something going on" between her and Lee Pace because she was kissing him. In the pic I posted, she was kissing a girl. So based on the O.P.'s logic there's something "going on" with her.
