There are five new men accusing her father (while he was alive) of molesting them. All are suing the estate. The other two men are asking for a billion dollars. That's a total of 7 accusers plus there is a risk that more will come forward and she the estate. I believe many of them were molested. Some may be lying too but either way, they're asking for money.
Paris needs to get control of the estate and cash out her portion of the money before it's gone. Forget the alliance bullshit. She needs to take it.
Then you have the curious case of Omer Bhatti a young man who lived with Michael Jackson for a long time who was 24 at the time of Michaels death and was his rumored gay partner. If Mr. Bhatti decides to sue the estate for Palimony money and aind than it's over. He'll get half.
