Yup, especially since the last two episodes of Revenge, that possibility slowly crept into my mind.
He does have a slight 007 vibe.
However he has to fight it out with Michael Fassbender. Yes, my preferred choice for continuing the MI6 agent legacy after Daniel Craig.
What do you guys think? -

Other than Barry, I wasn't familiar with most of the actors named in this post (seen some of them, but didn't know names w/faces). Anyway, I copied/pasted pictures of all 'Bond' actors and pictures of Barry and the actors you named, along w/some others being talked about for 007 role, along side each other==just to see 'at a glance' how they all stacked up. Well, Barry 'stacks up' great. He's not too 'pretty' or too rough looking and I agree w/ all you said Ariane.
Of all those being considered by 'the experts'==I'd say Jon Hamm & Tom Hardy (Tom reminds me of D.Craig)'look the part' alittle more, but Jon may be alittle too old to start this (will be another 2 years of more b4 Craig retires). Barry would be Perfect age by then (mid=late 30's). But I do think he could use alittle more acting in movies to perfect his craft & range. -

I am also rooting for Barry becoming 007 one day.
And not to sound offensive, but you dont have to be Oscar actor type for this. Barry is good looking, able to pull good and bad guy well and looks better as he ages. Able to do action scenes as well.
As for previous posts mentioning Michael F. and Jon H. They are not English, they wont even be considered.
