I'm half Armenian and half Irish. I also have Turkish ancestry. I guess my name does sound Pakistanish, but I'm not. The word "aiz" is my name spelled backwards.
When did she ever get rejected? She lived in England for maybe 2-3 years. She was approached by Kaizad Gustad at one of her modeling shows with a film offer. She was studying at the time, but I guess any person would be tempted to pick films over modeling. She says she loves Mumbai over England because of the weather, vibrancy, people, etc. She's the only one of the current who looks sexy and innocent simultaneously. It's like looking down upon Miranda Kerr or Adriana Lima because they were "failures" in Austrailia or Brazil, but got famous in America.

I will take Freida Pinto on any day compare to her, not saying Katrina is not pretty but like you said she is an average chick at best.

She is not necessarily ugly - But not exactly an oil painting either.
Really. She's cute I guess, and far from ugly but I don't get this whole pedestal she's been put on.

I think Katrina is pretty, but not beautiful. As for her acting, she's just alright and needs some improvement. I think she would do better in Hollywood movies rather than Bollywood.
