He should play a villain who uses his brute as well as his mind. He should be intimidating not just physically, but psychologically as well. That would be awesome.

If Sam Mendes Skyfall was a 50th nod to the Bond franchise, Bautista's casting will be Oddjob 2.0 and hopefully with a brain.

He's only playing as a henchman named "Mr. Hinx" as the villain, not the main villain.
The main villain is being played by Christoph Waltz.
