Is she an actress? What is she? She's on something called "Fashion Police." I don't understand. She doesn't look very fashionable. She looks kind of, well, common. What color is that hair? Is she a recording artist? I do know who Justin Bieber is, so I'm not behind the times. Is she Justin Bieber's relative? All comments sincerely appreciated.
I heard she (Kelly) lost weight. She still looks rather porcine in the pictures I've seen. Good for her! If she's not an actress, she should eat whatever she wants, I think!
She was in rehab several times, so maybe she is a television actress or something. -

Yes, in a way she's an actress. The daughter of a famous Rockstar and famous manager of that Rockstar (Ozzy Osbourne of Black Sabbath) who had their own reality TV show a few years ago. Her mom has or had her own talk show(s). They have tons of money and tons of problems like anyone with too much money. She went to rehab on several occasions for drug (maybe alcohol too?) abuse. Now it looks like she got her act together I say it very loosely because she has had a lot of people helping her get it together - losing weight, kicking bad drug habits (that I don't know if she 100% kicked it), using her riches (money) to create little businesses (fashion line, books, etc) and then say that she's working so hard now even though it's mostly her using her money to pay her employees to do the hard work and taking credit for it. Well, that's how it usually works when you're the owner of a business. So now she's part of E! channel where she does interviews and fashion talks because she's lost all that weight and got a "sense of style" I'm not sure there's anything stylish about her, she might be hip and trendy with the purple hair and goth-chic look, but to me that's really not stylish. I don't know what her "real" qualifications are besides "celebrity daughter" with tons of connections and tons of famous family friends.
Bieber is a talented musicians, horrible actor, and just a total annoying, obnoxious child who is trying to be all cool and gangster.
