On the "lying to Uber drivers" bit, a lot of people on Youtube are claiming she's conceited because she said she's "fascinated" when the drivers don't recognize her. I don't think this comment was intentionally arrogant though. Elle has never been very eloquent like Dakota, and tends to misuse words and jumble up her sentences. I think this was a case of that.

Exactly. Besides, I don't think that her statement was really about not being "recognized". The key point here is that she puts a fake name on her account and therefore intentionally pretends to be someone else when she interacts with them. So I think it's precisely this act of deceivance that she finds "fascinating". -
