How effective are those grout scraping tools?

I've had absolutely enough of my bathroom grout and the bath seal. I've tried everything and everything to clean it and NOTHING has worked. Idk what ****ty products the workers used when they were here, but I just cannot anymore
Sooo I took it upon myself to buy grout, grout scraper, white bathroom silicone that's anti-mould with a 15 year guarantee, and a few other bits and bobs.
I was gonna just rip the whole thing down and tile it again but that's going too far lol. -

You've done what you're supposed to do. None of those cleaning products work, and they're all ****. You do get some quick fix solutions but they don't work as well as simply regrouting. When applying the new silicone, make sure you completely cut away all the old silicone. Don't apply the new one over the top.
The 15 year silicone guarantee isn't a proper guarantee either. You have to clean it. It sounds silly to say, obviously you have to clean it but if you don't, it will go black. The same with your grout. Wipe it at least several times a week. Most preferably Everytime you have a shower or a bath as the moisture sits there.
If you don't have an extractor fan, get one. Pull cord is fine but timer is better. What silicone did you buy? And by what company? A decent tube of silicone is about 6 quid. Anything cheaper is a waste of time.
My family made their riches in the bathroom industry. They sell high end bathrooms and tiles and I grew up knowing this useless ****e. -

It's been driving me nuts for the longest time so I'm redoing the whole thing and I'll make sure to dry after every use.
The grout is fine and doesn't have any mould, but I just wanna redo it anyway cuz there's random stains through it from bodywash lol -

I've not heard of that one but it looks good. If the grout is for the floor, don't get a white. Also I'm guessing you got the ready made tub? It's easier than mixing it yourself and less headache but powder is always better.
If you don't want to spend ridiculous amounts of money and want to make your bathroom look a bit newer, see if you can get some pvc bathroom cladding in your area. You can put it on the ceiling and use the off cuts along your bath panel. It's cheap as anything and saves you having to get an all new bathroom.
