I only saw him in one film, " It's complicab68ted". But everytime when he came on screen, I would have this urge to look away from him and kept thinking why did he get casted for such a good role but he was sooo disappointing in a good film?
I will try my best to avoid any of his work.

The indie films he does annoys me. Either he has a crappy agent or he has a bad choice of picking roles. I liked his role on
          The16d0 Office
, but, movie wise; can't tolerate him. He should just be a TV actor for the rest of his days.

I can't beep stand the man. I literally came on here to complain about him. Especially with his audacity to write this movie called Promise Land, it looks like streaming beep

              This isn't funny, at all.

He always seems to come off as a pretentious, smug douche that is very annoying so no you are not the only one.

Everytime i see him I just think grand mal derp.
He has 0 acting skills, like everyone on the office.
Too many times looking straight into the camera laughing, after performing at a level collegehumor.com would never accept.
He gets roles because most people are replicas of him - fake stupid wastes of life ruining everything

The Jim/Tim character is a difficult character to make likeable. As he's supposed to be the normal one. It's easy for the character to appear smug, 'above everyone else'. If there were something that we could laugh AT in regards to Jim - something that makes him less 'perfect' - would have helped to make him less 'annoying'.
I'm sure JK has plenty of range, that he hasn't had the opportunity to show just yet. Mostly he is seen as 'Jim' by the general public.

                      But
                      Tim
                      is likeable.
                      Jim
                      , however, is not.
The great thing about Tim was that even though he was the 'normal one' and the one most of the audience identified with, he was still portrayed as a bit of a loser, still living with his parents and not particularly successful with the ladies, at least not for the first season. We mostly laughed with him, but occasionally we were laughing with him
                      at himself
and how pathetic his life was. In fact it was his capacity to see how pathetic his life was (whilst practically everyo5b4ne else, bar his female equivalent, Dawn, was utterly self-deluded), which made him such a likeable character.

                          john krasinski is the
                          Antichrist
. Why? For his 75% eye contact with camera and 25% actual acting within the Office. I am totally serious and have consulted many scientists which have confirmed this theory. Dont use the argument that "the director told him to give eye contact" either. That was his thing, his choice and he is to be held accountable for giving us the "I cant believe these people" eye contact to camera expression about two-hundred times more then necessary per episode.
I don't always post on IMDB.com, but when I do I make sure I'm hammered.

No, you aren't. This guy honestly has one of the most punchable faces ever. I don't watch any of his movies, or that show he was on, yet everytime I see him my fists instantly clench. He just looks like such a douchebag.

Yeah he always plays a smug guy who is "too cool" for anything even remotely silly. It's like another form of Jon Heder.
His fans will defend it with "But he's so good at that kind of role." well then they're the type of people who are pleased with monotony. Morons.
He's just like Jason Sudeikis. Boring. Except Sudeikis can play different types of roles even if he's not funny. He can play a dorky new england husband or a blue-collar hick politician's aide.

The more I've seen the Office the more I have realized that Jim hides behind charm and agreeableness. While he is appealing and his manner is "nice," he doesn't have the tackle to be honest enough. He wants to appear likable above all. Jim likes more outrageous characters or somehow draws them in because he is actually rather boring, he needs Michael, Dwight and Andy to "entertain" him. In a way, he lives vicariously through these characters by remarking at how stupid and ridiculous they are but he secretly loves their boldness because he lacks this trait.

He pisses me off. Maybe because I associate him so much with Jim. But then I've seen him in a couple movies, and he seems to play the same smug douchebag in everything. Maybe he's not even acting.
