Alicia has naturally curly hair, and it is impossible to make straight hair look the same twice. Since they film the blinds, the battles, and then the knockouts over a week or more, and they edit them, they have to look the same for each battle and blind audition.
It's the Lives now, so her hair will be more normal now.
