I know he filmed it and no problems money wise on making it but for sone reason never came out at the theaters. So where is it? Why was it put on the back burner? Is it ever coming out or is it out like on dvd? I did watch the first 2 and liked them. I think 3 was going to be in 3D.

Um, no he didn't. It was going to be rebooted, but as yet hasn't materialised. He was never the director though

Hope it does come out. Like to see if it continues with michael myers or some different like they did in halloween 3 season of the witch, which I didn't like that much nor it did at the theaters.
I looked on imdb.com site and typed in halloween 3 and saw there is one in the makings by john carpenter. No release date but storyline says about 2 kids sneak in the prison where myers is on death row but something goes awry and myers escapes. Sounds pretty good.
