No, not quite. Zhang is her family name. Ziyi is her given name. It is Chinese naming custom to have the family name first, which is why she is usually credited as Zhang Ziyi. She is sometimes credited as Ziyi Zhang, especially in her later Western-made movies. IMDB is using the Western convention of listing her given name first.

Which is normal and expected. Now if this were imdb.cn or her name were listed the other way around on zh.wikipedia.com, that would be another matter.
