It's been sold (August), I doubt the asking price above is right. Rumor has it Lady Gagggg bought it.

The Zappa Estate, spanning close to 7,000 square feet, was sold earlier this month for $5.25 million, just shy of its full asking price of $5.49 million, according to listing broker Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland.
