Happy Birthday Alan! Just watched one of my favorite movies in Blu-Ray The Time Machine. His scenes were my favorites and one of his last lines in the movie resonates with me still: "Only, which three books would you have taken?"

Sorry I'm a little late to the party Amazing to think that Alan is the last surviving member of the Mr. Ed cast. To put it in perspective, the first cast member to pass was Larry Keating, who passed away 53 years ago. I wish Alan more years of happiness and good health, as he already has an abundance of both.
I'd put a stupid saying here but I won't. -

It is still fun to post on IMDB but it will never be quite the same for me since Alan Young passed away. I
REALLY
loved and miss him terribly! However, I am fully aware that someday I will be giving Alan a big hug in heaven. What a sweetheart and a VERY special man!
Alan, I will always remember you for the great person you were and for our conversations on the phone. These are terrific memories for me and I thank you for them. Happy Birthday and SEE YOU LATER!
