His car had recently been recalled for problems with an electronic shifter that would often put the car in neutral instead of park, he prob put it in park but the stupid shifter switched to neutral and it rolled back and crushed him, so beep up on so many levels, his poor parents.

No. Reports say he has no history of alcohol or drugs. This kid was squeaky clean, nothing but a freak accident. Stop jumping into conclusions.
