I think it is disappointing that he remained friends with this vile, ugly, woman, who proudly admitted to intentionally killing someone.
If I was Andy Williams, I'd be pissed, and would never want to be associated with someone like Claudine Longet ever again.

I never understood it either. Though she never said she intentionally killed Spider; I think from the start, she insisted that it was an accidental shooting.
