Looking over her work she seems to have consistently worked right up to the Mulholland Dr. pilot, granted she did Children of the Corn VI or whatever but it was a lead role and most of the parts weren't stellar quality but most were leading roles/large supporting roles. She did a number of high profile TV films, Tank Girl and commuted to do lead roles in Australian films Yet she was struggling to pay the rent and wasn't able to support herself? Was she over-dramatising?

No she made crap and was about to quit if it wasn't for Lynch who she feels saved her.

I think she is over dramatizing bit. plus what is wrong with tank girl lol! great 90s flick, forgot she was in that.

I'm sure she wasn't getting by that comfortably, but also, she is and has long been friends with Nicole Kidman. She saw people who were truly thriving and she was working on Hallmark channel type stuff.

It looks as if she's struggling now more than ever. Her new movie is a complete dud.
