There's only this season and one more left. I'm starting to worry she'll never come back, and Libby will never be explained/resolved.

The producers have said Libby's story is practically finished. Whether this means Cynthia isn't coming back of whether they are never mentioning her again, I don't know. Hopefully they'll explain her story, however briefly.
People are speculating it may be her appearing in the episode 'LaFleur' airing this Wednesday.

they better be lying,they promised us at least 100 times to reveal her story,they should better do that
