You know, the star of "Grey's Anatomy". They look a bit like they could be sisters but you wouldn't exactly confuse either one with the other.

THANK YOU!!! I just bought a calendar with Greys Anatomy and I said "She looks alot like the chick from Lost, and my wife just laughed at me and said she looks nothing like her at all. I am glad someone agress with me.

I think elizibeth mitchell who plays juliet burke reminds me of ellen pompeo, but if you listen to her they sound exactly alike

Wes you are right, that is who I meant not Cynthia Watros. Ellen Pompeo looks like Elizabeth Mitchell. And they do talk the same you are right.
