Performances are always reliant on the writing they're given - and with the right writing, Mr. Vincent (as well as the hundreds of other New York-based Italian actors who were stereotyped during the Italian-Mafia minstrel shows of the 1970's and 80's) has moved me greatly. His eyes can convey a lifetime. Check out his stint on the Sopranos if you need proof.
