Yes they are.
There are six kids in all:
Margaux Vega (b. 1982), Alexa's paternal half-sister
Alexa Ellesse Vega (b. August 27, 1988), Alexa
Krizia Vega (b. July 1, 1990), Alexa's sister
Makenzie Jade Vega (b. February 10, 1994), Alexa's sister
Greylin James (b. 2001), Alexa's maternal half-sister
Jet James (b. October 4, 2005), Alexa's maternal half-brother
What was incorrect was the Trivia about the girls being MayaRae Vega's 2nd cousin (they're not related), but IMDb took that off already.

She got remarried. Alexa is her oldest and she is 17. The youngest is less than a year old.
