BELLINGHAM, MASS. Emergency crews took a 24-year-old Medway man by helicopter to a Worcester hospital early yesterday morning after his truck collided with an SUV and rolled over on Interstate 495.
At about 12:45 a.m yesterday, Justin Dunbar was driving his 1998 Ford pickup truck when he hit a driver and three passengers in a 2002 Ford Explorer just north of exit 18, state Trooper Veronica Dalton said.
Police then shut down that area of I-495 at 1:14 a.m. for 11 minutes to allow a LifeFlight helicopter to land and take Dunbar to University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center, Dalton said.
Dunbar was treated for severe injuries. His condition was unavailable last night.
Three people in the SUV, driver Brad Greenfield, 50, of Wellesley, Daniel Frongillo, 26, of Melrose and Hossein Vaziri, 63, of Fayetteville, Ga., were all taken to Milford Regional Medical Center and treated for minor injuries, Dalton said.
Investigators said they believe Dunbar was trying to pass a car from one of the left lanes when he hit the SUV in the right lane. After Dunbar collided with the Expl2000orer, his truck then rolled over on the highway, Dalton said.
As of yesterday at 7 p.m., police were still investigating the cause of the accident.

Local police arrived on scene prior to the State Troopers. Vaziri kept repeating, "I celebrity, I celebrity please help me." He will be fine.
