i think it is true that he was gay and married lesbians. and by the way, he hasn't been resting in peace. his spirit refuses to leave this planet because he died so young. he's a earthbound spirit like virginia rappe, marilyn monroe, bela lugosi and the others.
i'm just sharing with you guys what i found out on the internet. i apologize if you fill i'm bothering anybody.

Not into the ghost stuff, so I won't comment on that.
There's no evidence he was gay. You'd have to read Emily Leider's book and also find information available on-line that contradicts those rumours.
I will say that he wasn't really a sexually driven person to begin with. Valentino's co-stars [Mae Murray, Gloria Swanson, Nita Naldi, Vilma Banky, etc] all said that he was just a close friend.
There are ZERO accounts of his sexual life outside his marriage to Natacha Rambova and his affair with Pola Negri.
Emily Leider's book goes into some detail on this as she points out that other women who encountered him did not feel any sexual attraction to him.
Aside from him trying to date the odd woman here and there and one isolated story from Mary Pickford about his sex appeal, women didn't see "the Great Lover" as really anything more than brotherly in real life.
In fact, Valentino as a person was rather underwhelming. He wasn't a terribly exciting or colourful personality. He was rather dull, whiny and emotional.
One reviewer of Leider's book put it best: " Each page widens the gap between the cinematic stud who fueled mass feminine hysteria after his death at 31, and the dull, superficial personality he was in real life."
