how do you pronnounce her name leave or liv?

yeah. "leave" is close enough, but the "ve" shouldnt sound so much like an "f" if u get what I mean

I'm not sure about other dialects but in mine and most I have heard the "ve" is pronounced in the same manner as a Norwegian "v" and not like an "f". Are you not confusing "leave" with "leaves" which some pronounce as "leafs"?

Well, the English 'v' isn't pronounced exactly like the Norwegian 'v'.
The English 'v' is a voiced labiodental fricative, and the Norwegian 'v' is a labiodental approximant.

So to a Norwegian's ear, the English 'v' can sometimes sound a bit like an 'f'.
(The 'f' is by the way a voiceless labiodental fricative in both languages.)
I guess all that was really confusing, but never mind, keep pronouncing 'Liv' as 'leave'. That is perfectly fine.

Liv is pronounced like "Leave" (as in "I want to leave"), not like "Leafe".
