Naoki Urasawa's Monster. He said that he wanted to do that. I'd love to see it in live action.

If there is ever a remake or reboot of Alien I would want him Mr. del Toro to do it. Please, please, please do it. He could breath new life into it as well as preserve the original flavor. The man has vision and story ideas that would make him the perfect choice to do any Alien film.

I love his films, I think he would be perfect for The Dresden Files. 'horror, fantasy. mystery'.

I really think he could transfer HP Lovecraft's stories to screen flawlessly. He's the king of interesting monsters and it would be a chance to make a monster horror movie with a psychological thriller vibe. Can you imagine his Cthulhu?

I just want him to quit trying so hard to make the big budget movies and come to the conclusion that he can get much more work done if he sticks with smaller budgets.
He's one of the best for monster-lovers. It's a shame that he keeps attaching himself to projects that the studio is bound to cancel.

I really wish he would do a film adaptation of Gaston Leroux's Phantom of the Opera. I think he would be the perfect guy to finally make a proper film version that does the book justice.
