I used to watch family matters all the time. really sad, to find out after 10 years is kinda wierd. She's like ancient history, but she'll still be missed by her fans.

I'm in the same boat.
I watched Family Matters after about 10 years on a rerun at night the other day and this got me looking on the IMDB site to see what the actors have been up to.
The news of her death is pretty shocking. I had only seen her on the bit role she did on the ABC show but still..I was a kid and remember the show pretty well some 10-15 years later. Wowshe was pretty much the same age I am now when she died 10 years ago. I guess that makes it hit a bit harder for me.

I'm shocked, too. I looked her up because I caught her on an episode of Family Matters and wanted to see if she was "Justine" on Cosby (which she was). I was looking at her credits and wondering why she hadn't worked since 1998, since she was such a cute girl and a decent actress. Then I scrolled up and was so shocked to see that she died of cancer at such a young age. She was only about 5 months older than me. Such as shame.

Wow what a beautiful talented lady.I just saw her last night and wanted to see what else she was on.Man she was gorgeous.
