someone on youtube posted this on the thread under the video. don't know how true it is:
"I looked it up! This was from a German miniseries which aired in 1970 called 11 Uhr 20 or elf uhr zwanzig which translates 8:11, I think. Funny that they had her singing in English. "

20, not 21 as her birthday was on Dec 31st.
