why does Hollywood outright refuse to use paintings for posters like what Struzan does these days?
almost every single movie poster these days is photoshopped generic garbage, they're all either floating heads or people just standing therb68e, they all have the same color schemes (blue and orange for action movies, red text on white background for comedies)
even the halfway decent posters are still photoshopped and nothing compared to what Struzan does
I can only assume that Hollywood thinks painted posters are too "old fashioned" and it's cheaper to just throw some floating heads together, but it just goes to show how Hollywood is run by beep idiots these days
