Queer eye? Must be a different Barbara Steele, yes?

I just saw that on her page and went to comment on it. I wonder if it is incorrect or if another women with the same name was an associate producer. I hate that show.
I'm a big fan of Steele's but just watched Silent Scream for the first time. What an underrated slasher?!

Silent Scream is a great movie, isn't it? 5b4It's too bad it hasn't been released on DVD yet (or has it been?).
I saw it in 1980 - and I have an old worn-out video tape of it, but that's it.
Did you ever find out if she's the one Producing that Queer Eye show? I'd be suprised if it was the same Barbara Steele; I thought she'd been a recluse the last few years. regardless, she's in a new movie, and at 70, that is a miracle, that she's survived this far!

It hasn't been released yet, but I heard that it was going to be sometime this year. But you know how that goes! I found a VHS at hollywood video onsale for a dollar. I never found out if it was Barbara producing that show, but I really doubt it. Any scoop on "Her Morbid Desires"?
Just keep telling yourselfit's only a RIP CAGE! It's only a RIP CAGE!

I can't wait to see this new movie, though I'm afraid she has a small role in it, because you have to scroll way down the credits to find her name? anyway, are you saying you found a copy of 'Silent Scream' for a $1.00? If so, that's a steal! I recently found another horror flick from 1980 called 'Fade to Black' for $2.00, haven't seen that in ages!
And yes, I was suprised to see that she IS producing this show as well, it's on her Imdb page - duh!! 😉
              Producer - filmography
              (2000s) (1990s) (1980s)

              1. "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" (2003) TVSeries (associate producer) (unknown episodes)
aka Queer Eye (USA: new title)
Good for her, at least she hasn't 'faded to black' and is still in the biz, making money. I'd hate to think of her in some crappy Hollywood apartment after all these yearsshe deserves a Castle in the hills!!
