This is a no brainer. She has definitely had a boob job or even 2 to get that huge. In Earthstorm which was 2006 she is no where near the size that she is in the first episodes of Lost Girl (before she got pregnant). They look like implants! I think she looked much better in Earthstorm (before getting those enormous things). Now she looks ridiculous. I find it sad that SO many women feel they need to do this to themselves.

No she was not nude in Earthstorm but you can tell that her breasts are much smaller. Also, her nose appears to be bigger in Earthstorm. She's definitely had some work done since then. I think she looked better before plastic surgery, she went a little crazy with her breast size.
