I'm guessing this too. His face was pretty swollen and makes me wonder if there was a connection.
Wasn't John Ritter's also swollen; it's something to do with the heart I think.
Anyway, I'll miss his funny self.

The 911 call came from Shandling himself but he fell unconscious while on the phone with the dispatcher.
The Los Angeles Fire Department arrived just a little after 10:30am and had to kick down the door when no one was able to answer.
What I'm really interested in is when the call was placed and how long it took emergency services to be dispatched. I wonder if he could have been saved.

Despite the wonders of modern medicine, it's still very common for men over 50 to be struck down by heart attacks at any moment. Even healthy ones. Sometimes people just die.

How ironic, bc on Larry Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffe", they are talking about Robin Williams dying and how age 66 is young age to die..or something along those lines. Watch the Episode, it's on Crackle.
